I think the monitor is like water, ever time I try to burn this page down with a match the contact with the monitor puts the match out instantly.

Ok sometimes the best way to enforce the rules is by not enforcing them. When a spam topic starts and it keeps growing, contacting Armor Dan or warning everone to stop is not a bad idea.

but... if a topic with spam in it is not constantly being bumped to the top of the forums, let it die by itself. Responding to the topic only bumps it to the top were everyone will see it (and likely respond).
