Just gonna put my foot down here.
this should be in the sticky "Call of duty put it here"
Yes, the
Sticky'd CoD Thread is where this belongs.
There's enough infestation with the occasional flood of advertising threads.
i cant give you a link but he is what the trailer says
1. its 2025
2. all vechiles are human-less
3. there are mech
4. woods is in a senior citizen home
5. everything is futuristic
6. the 'bad guys' get the keys
7. its going to ruin the franchise
No, that's what
you say. There's a few flaws beyond grammar and spelling, which is your logic.
2) No? Helicopters, as already mentioned.
3) Yes, there would be mechanical things in the game that has vehicles.
4) Doesn't sound like CoD to let a character take such a minor backseat. This is pure speculation on your end.
5) Oh really? I didn't see speech, or the clothes or the weapons look too different. Certainly not futuristic.
6) At least this is more reasonable speculation. Or is it more relevent? It's at least more relevent. However I really wouldn't be surprised if this was to gode people into buying the game.
7) Based on my opinion this is wrong because it's already ruined. Based on logic you've not explained why nor is there too much that shows that -- in fact, this is one of the best trailers they've released, despite how bad it is. . . I'll get into that now.
It was ruined a while ago. Knowing Treyarch they're going to bring it back.
You was there before the "2" was added on, right? Look how that turned out. Terrible PC support, let's be fair -- sure, Dedicated servers, but the hit registration was terrible for snipers, the bullet sounds and other audio was shallow. The aesthetic was quite bland and it appealed to I believe exactly or less than 0% of the demographic.
Need I go into balance? Just like any other CoD game, it had a few weapons that stuck out (objectively) and the rest took a backseat, the maps were quite bad (Nuketown), although some were actually tolerable, but not necessarily introducing the best of play. Then you've still got Claymores and the counteracting perks - a silly game where you need to compensate for something that may or not be there by giving a perk, and then if you don't need to compensate you lose anyway because he has perk advantage.
That's at least usually the case, in evenly skilled players (that are consistent and can aim).
What I mean by this is the Infinity Ward games ruin it.
Being as you don't seem to be on my side, given your different view point on every CoD game after No.5, I'll give you an argument that should work for ya.
They're doing better because they're making better business. Black Ops is not as "well approved" as MW2 or even MW3 if I remember correctly. Sure, more buyers -- but population grows and of course CoD is still growing right now. Or, it was.
Battlefield 3 may have had something to do with that.
They bring a bad name to the franchise (excluding CoD4).
People don't care about the name, they care about the awards they get on a minute basis by playing the game. The people who care about it being a bad name are too few and thus the franchise grows. This is why I'm here -- because instead of just having those nauseating thoughts in my head (that idiocy in things determined by the amount of supporters is a massive thread) I get to actually warn people about it.
Maybe I'm doing it in a poor fashion -- but the reasons are there, and just because I appear to be a complete idiot to you (this is directed to observers as well), that doesn't mean you don't take the point (because after all it is for your own benefit).
However that's hacked to **** on consoles, only way to play it is with promod on the PC.
PC has the best known method of control in an FPS anyway. It's already a hindrance for console even playing it there. Of course, I'm not justifying hacking -- although I attribute most of PC's cleanliness from hacks to PunkBuster. It's very good.
Also there are other mods on PC, including Zombies, Obscurity, Zombies (where some players are the zombies) and Paintball. Any PunkBuster server will be safe from hacks.
it looks pretty awesome especially now that in the campaign you can make choices and people can die for future missions
"It" you refer to I believe is Black Ops 2.
And congratulations -- they offer you some choices. The game is not completely linear -- I guess this counts as an innovation for Call of Duty's part. I also guess some people dying in future missions is a step up from a USA General killing your character and Ghost for no reason, only to go rogue in order to secure the win against the guy who sparked a war between people who supported his cause (of ultranationalism) and another nation (basically killing off many of his own men, even doing it himself).
Also, plot hole - there is DEFINATELY at least one witness (or cameras) in the airport -- could they not at least
attempt to identify Makarov or did they really have to kick off that fast?
So, with it you seem to be given a couple RPG elements which quite frankly makes up only the singleplayer, and a little more drama in what is already an extraneously dramatized franchise.
Anyway, just go to the darn CoD thread.
