I got minecraft xbox the day it came out and i was surprised that the version was the oldest one, and i keep hearing rumors that they were goin update it 2 weeks ago. That didn't happen, then i heard it was goin update last friday.That didn't happen. Now i heard it's updating this Friday. Is it goin update or not!?!?!? Can someone tell me here plz?

The Xbox Edition starts out with beta patch 1.6.6 and will be updated in the future with 7.1.

No, Minecraft's Xbox 360 port is a version of the game that uses the content present in Beta 1.6.6

I believe the actual port came out two weeks ago.

I know the game's going to be patched eventually, but I don't know when. Just play the PC version if you REALLY can't wait.

It's moat likely going to get an update every 4-6 weeks since that was the approximate time it took for the PC version to get updates during Beta. It's impossible for a game to update every week unless it's a tiny update but even still, it would be pointless.

They have not made a release date for the major update which is the adventure update so I would expect to be waiting till mid july
