I have been trying to submit a game but it will not let me. It is saved as a .swf but it still tells me that it is an image. I have tried changing it to .SWF, but it didn't work. Any help please???
i dont know how true this is but i think you cant just put a game on the home page i think some one (maybe an admin or somethin) has to look at the game and see if its good enough to be on AG not sure how true that is but i hope it helped
To make it a bit more definitive: I think you should definitely contact a staff member (like Justin) this moment. It seems to have been a problem in the past, and considering very few of us here on the forums are that into the ways of flash and coding, we can't properly help you. More importantly, the staff will be able to.
So, write an email about the issue, try to give as much information about, well, everything, as possible, and while you wait for a reply (it will take a few days, especially since the weekend is nearing in), you should try to re-export the game, upload it somewhere else and otherwise see if there should be a problem with your file, that might be the reason the submitting function is not working as it should. You might also want to take another look at your coding, to see if a problem lies within the game itself. Good luck!
