i'd have to say the qaulity of some of armorgames's games is going down and when i do find a good game its rated down with 6 or 7 so nobody will play it and people keep making td's and really i want to know whats so great about kingdom rush i've played it and im starting to think that people on ag dislike games because of it being hard or to much dialouge i saw a game transmigration an art games where you just press spacebar doing close to nothing at all and lods of the comments love the art and not for the gameplay i hope the good games comeback.
Ultimately, it depends on your preference of game. Though it's true that Armor games has undergone some serious changes in the past few years, both in game style and quality, it has generally been for the better. And while there are those lackluster games that could use a little polishing up, many others go above and beyond the call, exceeding our expectations. Armor games should be remembered for the incredible games and experiences that it gave us as opposed to the less exciting ones.
Case and point, look at the game "Elona Shooter." It is probably the hardest game I have played here and the game I have spent the most time playing on this site, but many of the comments are people whining that they can't get past the first 20 days and then they say it "sucks" because of that.

What are you talking about? Zombotron 2 and Super Adventure Pals are both new, and they're both really good.
While this is true, I think the main idea of this article was saying that, in general, the quality of posted games on this site has gone down in the last 3-4 years. True, we have seen some good ones here and there, but, as a majority, we keep getting games that are too much like others, if you catch my drift (no, I don't want another point-and-click shooter, and no, I don't want another tower-defence game, though there have been some good ones).
To summarize my response, there have been some good games recently (*cough cough* Relic of War *cough cough*), more than half of the recent games are just replicas of old games or crappy sequels.
armor games is not getting worse, the people who put games on armor games are making worse games, most of them don't work for armor games so don't blame them, if the admins or whoever tests the games to see if they're good enough only let in good games that most everyone liked, then we'd have allot less games and therefor probably less people coming here
The majority of them for many pages are atrocious by our standards. Not until you go around 20 pages in do you start to find games rated over 8/10 with any real frequency.
Comparing average ratings, very few games are under 6.5 with the majority being over 7, as opposed to how they used to be on average 5's or 6's.

As for the actual topic of this thread, I don't think the actual games are getting worse. Personally, I don't find games like Paladog to be as good as older popular games, but overall I don't really see much of a problem.
Armor games is changing. Its not getting worse. The admins are just trying to make the site better until AGV3 Comes out. (And there doing a great job at it.)
For people who think AG is getting worse: the admins are doing their best to make good games. Give them a chance, they don't know how much will anybody like it. Just tell them what type of game would you suggest and depend on the admins. Forexample JuiceTin, he is making the greatest games on AG, and he is deffinetly working on new ones. He deffinetly isn't the only one making great games. So AG is soo not getting worse. It keeps getting better.
As far as voting it down because of it being hard or glitches then they are just whiny noobs for example there were 2 games i played that should have been at least like a 6 but they were next to impossible and one glitched realy bad so they were rated 3 and 4
Every month, people submit maybe five okay or bad games. But that's not AG's fault, it the makers fault for not putting in enough time and caring about the gamers opinion. They're like "Oh, I'm going to submit this game that I spent 10 days developing because I'm a pro at this. They're going to be addicted to this like they are to minecraft." This is what I like about a game, it's complex and was taken a exceptional amount of time to develop. But games like Kingdom Rush, Raze, Castaway, Decision, Strike Force Heroes, Last stand, Exit Path and others that people like make up for those bad games. Though it's still not Armor Games fault.
Yes, the games being submitted have been lacking in quality, but there is still the occasional good game. Also, nothing is stopping you from going back to older games you might not have played that would be well worth it

Yeah... There is indeed something stopping me from going back and playing good games I haven't played yet: I already played them all.
I know it take a while to create a good quality game... But I'd rather way way longer for an exceptional title than to have to cope with 5 crappy games in between.
