Well you see I use to love this game. I would play at least 4 hours a day every day. I had two accounts one lvl 96 who got hacked than permad, and a lvl 85 who got hacked....So I was wondering, is starting all over really worth it?
I used to think Runescape was the best thing ever in the whole world. And then my mom was complaining that it ruined the computer and I played it at my cousin's house once and it changed by a billion, I had to get help just to log out!!! XDDD But then I realized that when I went on that ONE Day, I thought that "there couldn't be a better game than this" ... until I got hacked and guess what? the people that moderate don't give a flip if you get hacked so I said "Wow I was really wasting my time witht his game!!" And i got reccomendations on this website and that and this and that and all these random webz so I just randomly typed some thing in and here I am now!! lol
I used to think the game was great. But that was whenever I was a member and there was still PK'ing, my fav. thing to do. I really just basically quit after my membership ran out because I grew out of the game.
Well, I recently started playin again cause I talk to my friends on it and they like it. I still don't like it much, it's much better than it was around 5 years ago, graphics and such. I didn't like the fact that my 'RaptorExx' account restarted(goodbye level 76 T_T), I don't know what's up with that since I know they don't delete or anything, unless I got hacked but that's unlikely since I haven't played in 5 years. As far as the people who moderate in roxofrs123yo's case, yeah, they're just all in to the fact that they are at the top of the chain and such, I noticed that when readin some of the Letters to the Mods, i couldn't even understand them, they talk in the old english and stuff and get really into their part or something. It's quite annoying. Another bad thing about the whole thing is the noob calling, it gets really annoying, it doesn't bother me, but when other people call other people noobs along the street or follow you wherever you go just to say 'noob' 'noob' 'noob' 'noob' 'noob' over and over again there's a problem, and the level of cussing, fighting, racism(a lot of it too), and those people who stand there "anyone wanna be my bf(gf)". Or worse on the relationships, my first day back I got harassed by some guy who kept bothering me for 'his services'. o_o I honestly say that i like the game itself, but it's more of the people who ruin it, and the annoying glitchyness of the graphics that occurs on numerous accounts. If there was less of the above, it'd be an awsome game to play usually. and any of my AG friends, if you want to add me on runescape just ask =) ^ i am bored btw, and playing it right now 8O ^
i used to spend like 4-5hours a day on runescape but its really rubish all that time and then for it just to get haked i was so annoyed and it made me realize what rubish it is
I played it at one point, once I got to like level 60 or something some guy gave me a level 76 with 80 membership days on it... It was O.K. once my member days were up I quit. I would never waste my money on that dang game, it kinda stinks. It was fun until it was literally impossible to level up any further. Plus, it was pretty lame, both graphics, and gameplay. Not recommended for people without patience or toleration of boredom.
i played it for about 2 min and i got bored and also i play wow so i never the time to play games like Runescape also i really don't like games that have really really really bad graphics. BTW i cant see how people like runescape.
