Let's hear the most terrifying thing that ever happened to you. Here's mine, it's a bit gruesome, so it's definitely not for the faint of heart.
So, this happened around a year ago, and I can still remember it vividly. I was at home, sick, while the rest of my family was grocery shopping. I started to feel a bit better, and got up to go play with my cat, because she seemed a bit worried about me. So I found her little toy on the string, and started playing. Y'know, that game where the cat tries to snag the toy, but pull it up just in time? Well I was playing that game, and then swung my arm up too fast and high. Above my head was a ceiling fan, the type with the glass light on the bottom. The glass they used for that light is at least an inch and a half thick. Anyways, my hand hit the glass, and I heard shattering glass. My cat ran away, but I bent down on one knee and covered the back of my head with my hands. As pieces of glass fell all around me, I suddenly felt an incredibly sharp pain in my hand. I got up, and looked at my hand, to see a piece of glass had impaled it right through. I limped (another piece of glass had gone loosely into my leg, but fell out.) to the sink, pulled the piece of glass out of my hand, turned on the cold water, put my hand under it, and proceeded to go unconscious. My family came home to see broken glass and a trail all over the room, the tap running on high, and me, showing no signs of life, with a cut leg and a hole in my hand. I obviously scared them badly, but I came to pretty quickly. The scary part of this incident, was the fact I put my hands over the part of the head, at the back, where theres a little soft spot, between the neck and skull. If I hadn't had the presence of mind to do that, my family would've come home to an even worse story.
That's the scariest thing that ever happened to me.
Once I broke my legs and then, a few days later when I woke up, my wheelchair was gone and I didn't have any brokenbones anymore... So wierd.. I still wonder about it..
mine would be during a CCA camp,i was there to help out and we had to do checks in the night,in the school.it was a holding school,one that was used when my original site was renovated.so it was like super old cuz it was unoccupied.then we had to get into groups and walk around in the night,super dark and only had our touch lights.it was very scary though nothing happened,but something did happened,when i was preparing to sleep at the "stage",not really a stage,just somewhere my principal stands while having assembly.yea.i heard some strange knocking sound coming from the tree.
currently,i kept feeling as if my nerve have been pressed and i cannot move when i'm sleeping,in my sub consious.wat i'm afriad is the "something" mgiht be pressing me...
this is totally real and happened for about 4 times already.
anyway,i'm treating it as nothing.
and i'll be attending the camp next year too,to help out.if i have any interesting stories to share then,i'll post it here =]
oh yea,i also had something to add.my mates and I were at a far off block,and there was a room,located inside another room.and the light was on,but the room which contained that particular rool was locked.and my friends had been there then said that the lgiht was off,but it was on when i made my trip there and ,while i was sleeping on a bench,my friend said he heard something,like ZOOOM.lol. ---the not scary part--- we were also asked to shut the shutters in the hall and the night was quiet.when we pulled it down,it made so much noise it scared the crap out of us that we ran.another friend of mine and i when to play the piano at the hall too.
the original site of my school also had some stories to share. there was a spiral stairs that was rumoured that on some occasions,you will keep walking out the stairs but never get to the end.there was also a tablet found when they where moving out of the school,a tablet for praying.to the dead or something like that.
