Giygas from Earthbound, SNES, if there was no way for you to prey, he would be invincible. Also he doesn't attack the world from the present, he would attack the world from the past, which made the heroes have to rip open their spirits into robots to kill him. But it would be impossible to kill him at all, since he comes back every 1000 years.

Odio from Live a Live, He takes form of 7 different bosses and ends up taking one of the heroe's life. He then brings all the heroes from the 7 different stories into one environment and battles with all of them. Sure he has the wierdest boss form in all video game history, but he was very awesome.
