I know he has a huge bleeping sword and all but. . . .what's so special about him? Especially against that freaky kid with the sailor's hat from RE:4. That kids FREAKY. Anyways, what about the little girl in F.E.A.R.? She's also pretty freaky.

NEMESIS from Resident Evil 3:Nemesis he may be easy but he comes up a hell of alot of times and he can kill you in 1 hit (cant tell if hes a villan cuase hes a zombie)

oh and the people that said ridley what about meta ridley? hes stronger and hes a robot but nemesis sill has my vote

Meta ridley IS ridley. Ridley was upgraded by the space pirates into meta-ridley so they are the same thing. Both have the same personalities, different power.
