What would you choose, a PC or an Apple Computer? Note to everyone that this is a comparison for gaming, not overall status. Also, tell me what you think of each for gaming on browser games, and games from a disk (i.e. Rome total War, Command and Conquer 3, World of Warcraft...) both online and offline.
My 2 sentence example:
I personally would choose a Pc. PC's are more compatable with most games. Before windows could run on Apple Computers, PCs were mainly more compatible with game because PCs had programming software to make even the most basic games.
Most people say PC's suck and it's in a way true, and I would love having a Mac, better interface, and better... yeah a lot of stuff. But, when it comes to gaming, PC's are much (much much) better. I would still like a Mac though.
1: Macintosh? Gaming? Ha! You'd have to shell out over $3,000 for it to even run GTA:SA
2: OS X? Compatible? Just as compatible as Linux is with gaming. Linux is for the servers, not the clients.
3: Upgrading? Anything besides the RAM? You best forget about it buddy - upgrading a Macintosh is easy, throw your old one away and buy a new one. PC? Open that sucker up and swap out some parts.
4: PC - Personal Computer - Most all computers are personal now, thus saying "PC" includes Macintosh - PC > Macintosh
5: Games for Windows - You don't see Games for Macintosh
6: Gamers would rather spend their $500 on a video card, not one sixth of a MacBook Pro even near being able to "game".
7: Macintosh just sucks
Soooo Totally agreed dude.
Mac design like the icons... Yeuck! They try and copy PC but they failed the only reason they are getting buys for it is because people like to show off "new" things.
Plus, No Games... NOOOOOO! A Computer isn't a computer without games. (Unless your at work >.< - but still people insist on playing Pac Man)

Made by CowInAPie I forgot to quote it before SORRY!
I still don't understand people who dislike Macs so badly... If you really want your gaming as well, install Windows on your Mac... Though it does seem a bit - blasphemous somehow...
first off PC, but only because it simply has more games. It's not better in anyway except that people make more stuff for them. second, what is with all this one mouse button stuff? We have 3 macs and solved that problem easily. It's called a USB mouse. Do they even make other mice anymore? The U in USB stands for Universal. so any computer an use any USB mouse thus solving the problem forever.
Macs are stylish, and only recently have caught up to PCs in the performance sector. Aside from that, Apple charges an arm and a leg as premium for their product. If I could, I'd buy a Mac and swap all the parts out and run windows. While this is possible via bootcamp, not all drivers work and thus computer functionality is decreased, making this decision not worth it.
