miguelin11, that's why I brought it back! How about a hug? Quite useless!

A Hug
This if used as a sneaky bear hug could crush ribs and lead to punctured ribs, so yeah not SO useless.

But if the drop is shot at U at 5M miles/hour? That'd kill U! Everything can kill, if used right! Plz, prove me wrong!

If used in battle, the creator of this thread implied, the use of the weapon; not other items to increase the items use. So if I were wrong and he did not care, then, I would have to wait until he clearly states the use of materials to boost an items usefulness. But until then everything I said was used alone. You used some sort of mechanism to increase the speed of the water to a life threatening point. And a drop of water going 5 miles per hour would certainly not kill me! And I think I proved you wrong.

First of all, 5M=5000000. Secondly, U wouldn't have to use anything, how about gravity? Does gravity count? Drop it from a few thousand miles? Btw, not really sure how any of this would work, but technically, it should be possible (except for something going 5M miles/hour, I just exaggerated that).

A scrap of laffy taffy wrapper. You could only try and fail to give the other person a paper cut

Well your exaggeration is quite evident but dropping a drop of water. . .
Rain, does that kill you? No it doesn't but it falls from afar, so I would like to know the distance traveled of this drop of water so it's velocity can reach a killing point.

As I said, don't know how the hell U could get a drop of water that high and still have gravity. How about papyrus paper? Too weak to give a paper cut and breaks practically as soon as anything touches it.

But the velocity of something can only go so far. After it falls about 100 feet,it won't fall any faster.

most useless weapon hmm.....I would have to go with a nuke, because if you use it in a fight, everyone dies!!!(no matter the scale)and then there is always the runner up which would be George Bush, because all you have to do is tell him that he is a terrorist, and he will probably run off somewhere telling people to arrest him and torture him until he tells them where his secret base is or something like that,(Yes I know that is a bit harsh, but I had to say it)

But a nuke is effective if U don't care if U die and grass could cut someone and U could be allergic. Air in someone's vain can kill!
