Ok, so I know i'm probably further than most people, but anyone have an idea how to kill the hydra? i cant do enough damage before dying to see if something wierd happens to it after enough damage
if playing with a bio: get infect, toxicant form, acidic blood, predator form, savagery,break and integrity at max. turn into a toxicant and use infect with both fire claws and they're gone and then switch to predator and start using destroy, break, destroy, leading strike on the hidra.
if playing with an hidro: get hipotermia, flash frezze, mind frezze and cristal ice. shot te claws with hipotermia and they will die, then start stunning and silencing the hidra with flash frezze and mind frezze and its done.
with a psyco: get charged blood, electrical storm, wraith form, free will and shock terapy at max.. turn into a wrath and start casting shock therapy in te claws until they're killed, then start hitting the hidra with shoc terapy, ST, ST, electrical storm until it dies. if one of your teammates is stunned use free will on him
THE HYDRA im a lvl 17 Psychological Herioc difficulty and i been lookingaound and i dont see much info on the hydra but i see alot people have questions i havent beat The hydra yet but if ur a psycho too the only thing i can tell u is that i been experimenting with the electric and shadow build and i been re specing and switching from the 2 and i got no where with the shadow build againts the hydra i max out shock theorpy charged blood electric storm wraith form those are just my attacks the 1rst thing i did was i switched to wraith mode and i shock theropy the other 2 i forget there names but when i hit them it does like 27,000+ damage and they die with 1 hit but when i fight the hydra i cant hit him with any thing more the 600 to 550 damage or less and i can only get him down to 8000 not i tryed doing it with the shadow build and icouldnt even kill the other 2 guys but al the enemys in the begining of zone 4 were alot more easier to kill with the shadow build using psychopath form epifany insecurity and implosion so does any one know what do do????
It's easy just use Vapour Cannon or Glacier on side heads one hit dead then just use Slam and more Vapour Cannon at green head to it die easy its like just to easy this is the way for a Hydraulic and let the other ppl stay on natural setting thats the way i use never fail for me and it work for you to(i got Glacier on rank 2/4) and i got the armors from last capiter on zone 2 healer armor on healer sniper armor at soldier and capain hunt's armor at sonny and weapons are the one they got from start or the one that drop from same persion as there armor but i got sword from last capiter in zone 3 at sonny easy and never fail (tell me where to get hypercam and i wil make a short movie of it)
... Uhh...ANY ice based attack will pretty much kill the fire claws...also, apparently it is very weak to poison and lightning. And...that seems like a very, VERY mixed build you have there drian.
I have noticed that the 2 Fire Claws are extremly vunerable to ice (Hydraulic) and thunder (Psychological). The Hydra will start with an ability to lower your fire defence, once it's alone it'll switch to poison. Since its skill require focus Disruption (Biological) will slow it down. However it does have an ability to instantly recover 100 focus. I'm still not sure which Biological skill the Fire Claws are weak against, posibly withdraw maybe. Still need to test it, so I'll have more info later.
Dudes, you are such n00bs. The Fire Claws are weak to Poison and Lightning, and resistant to Physical. The Hydra is weak to Fire, and normal on Physical. Max out Infect, Slash, and Shadow blend, keep a few adrenalines in there for poison, and kill the Fire Claws first. The battle diesn't end when you kill the Hydra, you have to kill them all.
