Well it depends are you think or fat? I have a BMI of 17 so when I loose weight I get scared. But if you are worried you should see a doctor to be safe.

Eating greasy food does not really make it any better.
But you might need to go to a doctor about it, if you keep loosing weight.
But might just be a coincident or something.

That doesn't sound good. I'm really skinny, and I noticed that when I ate a whole pizza (I'm such a fatty), my weight jumped up a bit. It went back down though, I was kind of worried until I remembered about the pizza. So it's probably not good that you lose weight for no apparent reason. Gaining is a different story though, especially if you're in your teens. Like everyone else said, I'd get it checked out by a doctor if I were you.

Get it checked out by a doctor.

But, you may not remember what you ate, maybe it was something that you ate? It could also be, because you have not ate or don't eat at work/school/home etc. Did you change anything from your regular eating habbits?

did you take a huge dump? or something? you slept overnight And it is possible your metabolism could have finished off all of your food and the water mass was evaporated from you skin. >_> just a theory.

Thats what Im thinking.

Well It can't be that bad losing a chunk of weight, unless you find out you are missing your leg or something. Now thats bad.

It could simplie be that your body is burning the fat, and have you been wroking out, or growing at all?

It has been my expirence when working out, even when eating crap loads of unhealthy food that your body still burns it fatser. Meaning it can get ride of all of the fat, plus more, and you sweat and so forth.

Or, you could be growing, when this happens, it tends to mess with you body, causing you to gain weight then lose it rapidly...

But if it continues, and you start to lose ALOT of weight, you may have to high of a matabalism which could be causing you to burn off food and energy to quickly. So yes, if it continues over the next week go see a doctor.
