Here's an interesting thought: In programming, 0 is bigger than -1. If ANYONE here had -1
or less in AG, they would be unable to have ANY armatar until they get out of their hole. Of
course, you could always tease them by providing one armatar that shows up a picture of
a spam can XD (jk)

In any feature that involves manual moderator controls, we cannot do it very well. Considering
we only have a handful, a couple of which do not come on AG every day, there is limited control
to demerits, so even if this was added, it would prove ineffective, because (hypothetically if
this was added) now, not only do they have to delete spam posts, they also have to give out
-1 AP points to those that spammed. This halts them from the oh-so-limited time that they
put forth to go spam hunting.
