First off, I'd like to say great job on transferring the multiplayer to just SmartFox, and also for doing a great job at getting rid of the hackers, for now. There will be hackers in the future, that is why I think there still should be moderators.

Suggestions for v5.4

- Single Player Mode should have a story that ends. I still don't know what happens after Moston.

- Multiplayer Mode has a glitch where the Hard CPU makes scouts and phantoms in Earthquake.

- The Lobby game shouldn't show the start game until there are four persons, limiting the amount of games with no players.

I was 15-0 on the new server but then somthing happened and I had to log in again and my stats reset to 0. Is this going to be an on going problem?

If I may add a suggestion for balance:

Nerf the sphinx. At the very least against air. One player can win against two players if he goes chronite+sphinx rush. A sphinx supported by chronites in early game is nigh unstoppable since air can only stand up to the sphinx if it has been amassed properly. Spamming phantoms is not quite possible so early in the game is not really possible.

Good luck on the balance and on the new Sinjid game.

When can you ever get a Sphynx up in early-game? Besides, Auto-Romans will destroy Sphynxes in a few seconds. Chronite Tanks have a ridiculous cooldown for their attack, so you don't have to worry about those.

What I would worry about is Sphynx + Saint spam. Sakatas don't stand a chance, and neither do Romans and Marines. It's very late game, though.

I suggest nerfing the sphinx by having the phantoms and scouts do more damage to it, or lowering it's HP. They both do 2 damage per shot, and considering their attacks are usually quite weak, I don't think composite armor works that way.

(I haven't played Colony for a while, meh...)

My bad firetail. I don't get updated with whispers or something. I don't even know where to find whispers. But we should play sometime. Now that it's summer I can actually play games.

@zeke How to get sphinx early on? As monarchy, bank, hospital, outpost, upgrade: warsanct. Make chronites when outpost is made and when war sanct is while waiting for influence. Chronites offer decent defense. Now the sphinx comes out. This logically occurs before most hover builds finish (and any hover build that gets hovers that fast can't make enough hovers). So, the only way for the opponent to beat it is to have tons of scouts/phantoms. But most people won't spam those early on since it's a waste of resources. Plus, like 5 chronites will own any amount of auto-romans in the game.

Also, saints+sphinx are easy to kill since as you said, it's late game only. Sphinx doesn't have a splash weapon. So sakata mk2s can rape the saints while slowly dying to sphinx(s). If the sphinx advances first, then obviously, hovers with a serving of romans will destroy that quick. Hovers reload fast enough that they can kill a sphinx pretty damn fast by themselves. If sphinx and saint go at same time, keep the mk2s a bit behind the hovers since they have godly anti-air range and let the hovers take all the damage while the sakata mk2s with their AA splash damage rape the saints.

@firetail again: I agree that at least in some way the Sphinx should be nerfed vs air. Since right now all the things that can kill sphinx fast are on the ground (marines, romans, and hovers).

Bank -> Hospital -> Outpost -> WS is not that early, you know. It's actually fairly late, depending on the type of game/the opponent's strategy. A Sniper Rush (Bank -> Post -> Hospital -> Rax) is not only faster, but will pin the opponent down (and Marines will kill any Sphynxes).

As for Saint + Sphynx, it's not as easy as you think. Sakatas will die to Sphynxes relatively quickly, since they die in all of 2 shots. Roman spam WOULD work, but any decent player would happen to have a wall of Medics healing the Sphynx, buying enough time to lolcrush the romans.

Hovers are terrible to tank damage (Haha), dying in 3 shots. It'll buy time for Romans to deal damage, but then the Saints just crush you anyways. You can't possibly be pumping out tons of Romans, Sakatas, and Hovers at the same time, while SMS (Haha, Sphynx+Medic+Saint) is very easy to do with a War Sanctum, Spec Ops, blah blah. Theoretically, Sphynxes will be in range of any Sakatas (able to kill them), and Saints will be far back, abusing their near-Sniper range (They're like, 1 of 4 units that can snipe the base without getting hit).

Also, to point out how terrible Hovers are against Sphynxes: Sphynxes will kill a Hover Tank in 3 hits, dealing 173 damage a shot against the Hover Tank's 370 HP. In the meantime, a Hover will deal 17 damage to a Sphynx, which will take...77 hits. Not effective at all (unless my numbers are off. But they still suck)
