Yes. It is illegal to download copyrighted material... unless you want to get caught, you shouldn't do it... there could be extremely serious consequences.
He's right, you know. Even the people who posted the Youtube videos are doing some illegal stuff. And good luck finding one that isn't a virus in disguise.
I think if you download anything for free its considered illegal. Also, games like COD really can't be downloaded, that's probably just something to entice you into having a virus downloaded onto your computer rather than the game you were hoping for.

Any game can be downloaded illegally virus free, COD is no exception. People who get viruses are those that type name of the game in Limewire search and then download random search result. Pro pirates use different programs and insert torrents from trusted trackers.
Its not bad... Its taking from the rich and giving to... well us.
That doesn't mean anything, and it's still stealing and illegal. Don't make yourself out to be some modern day Robin Hood because you download a game illegally.
I admit that back in high school I used to download games, and I still do occasionally; though only ones I'm truly unable to get my hands on. But now I buy all my games, and other people should too. It doesn't matter if you're supporting Valve, or EA, or another big company that "doesn't need the money"; what you're paying for is a) the right to legally play the material that has had hours of work done in it's creation and b) providing money for future projects. It's a win win situation. Seriously, you aren't entitled to these games for free so don't act like you are.
