Sure, you hear about Halo, Call of Duty, Fallout, etc. But have you played any good games that aren't popular/are underrated? For me, I would say Katamari or Civilization 4.
Timesplitters! I can't believe not many people have heard of this game, it is nearly 10 times better than Halo! it has a great mapmaker feature and so many unlockables. When you complete the game you unlock "Challenges" and "Arcade League" for so many more hours of fun!
Hope no one has said this before me but: Dark Cloud 2. It was one of the first games I ever played and loved every minute of it. Sadly, they will never make a third installment.
umm i know this is kind of weird but i think it might be wario ware touched for the DS. Im only saying that because i think its kinda funny and the mini games are good and no one i know has it or ever heard of it
From old games - Fallout 1 and 2, Starcraft, Lands of Lore (i like this one), Ultima 7, Doom 1, Doom 2, Heretic, Heroes of might and magic 3, Diablo 1, TA Kingdoms, Age of Empires 1 and 2....
From new games - Doom 3, Heroes of Might and magic 5 (those 2 are relly good ones), Worms, Diablo 2, Unreal tournament 2003, Flatout 2, Oblivion 4, Red alert 1,2,3 and Demoigod
ok I've only read like 3 pages but almost everyone has said Age of Empires which leads me to believe its heard of and it was huge when it first came out. at least among a bunch of people I know. The game I would say few people have heard of is the Baldur's Gate 2. Made by Bioware (Jade Empire, Mass Effect, Neverwinter Nights, Dragon Age, etc.) Great game if you like rpgs or D&D
