I've seen hundreds of poeple with over 2,000, 3,000, or 4,000 forum posts now. So exactly how long does it take for you to get that many?
The way I see it either you spend about a week posting the letter "a" or something on every thread or you spend like a year posting 7, 8, or 9 things on threads each day.
Well I got here mid last September so in a year I got about 4,500. That may seem alot but it about a dozen a day which isn't ridiculous and I wouldn't class myself as a spammer (like certain users >_> (only joking :P ).
Will I've been here for a year and I only have a little over 1,400, but I didn't know there was a community until I became a Silver Knight. So, I was behind on the whole posting thing.
For future reference comments like this are considered spam, so neglect from posting sentences relevant to this one. Your post count will rise if you stay active and don't post like that again.
I'd say on average it should take at least a year and half of being active in the community to get over 2,000.
