Why get a regular ps3 when you can get an Xbox 360 for same cost and better gameing The xbox has easy acheivements and you fell better about your self with the Ps3 you have hackers viruses and many ways to ruin it. Tell me if its really worth it to buy Ps3
I think that the PS3 should lower it's price's because it has been out for over 2 years now and it is getting kind of old. The reason the price's are not going down is because people keep buying them. If people stop buying them, then the price's will drop down dramatically.
Ps3 has Blue-Ray.. It has Free Network.. It is basically a computer.. so to be honest, it's actually a good price.

If the ps3 were any cheaper then Sony would again start losing money on every ps3. So yeah the ps3 is worth a $300 but it matters if it is worth $300 dollars to you.

whatcha talking about if u never got the ps3 and all of its AMAZING features. internet browser which xobx and wii has to pay for, blu-ray which xbox users also have to pay for by buying a bluray player, free network which xbox also has to pay for, direct payment for add-ons and games which xbox, correct me if im wrong, doesnt get refunds for for buying microsoft points which they might not use ever, in the long run if youre going to INVEST in a system the ps3 is where to go. if youre just going to play games and not really do anything with wireless capability then u should just stay on youre computer. xbox is slowly becoming obsulite. so honestly when xbox begins to stop making decent games, everyone is going to sell it for a ps3 untill the 720 comes out.

Why wouldn't it be worth 300 is the question. It has better hardware, an included blue-ray and has an incredible selection of superb games. At first, I bought mine 400 solely to play Disgaea 3 and never have I regreted my choice thus far: I'm growing a fine collection of nice games I've enjoyed enough to say 400 bucks was cheap so it gives you the general idea...
Not worth it. Just sold my PS3 and getting an xBox 360 soon. I've had both an xBox 360 and a PS3 and I personally prefer the game on the xBox 360 and the online for the PS3 sucks which is why its free.
Yes. Getting a PS3 is worth it. Considering that the hardware is much better. The online is free, comes with blu-ray, has a wireless controller and gives you a charge cable for it. Actually, the PS3 should cost more because of how awesome the console is.
