Regardless of what you choose, I would delete that text message asap. And remember the consequences of what you do increase exponentially with age. People find things out. They talk. Including the one whom you cheat with. How much do you trust her, if she's asking you to cheat?
In crude terms, I'd hate to get some now only to find that nobody worth finding will give me any later. That would suck.
My advice is to dump your current girlfriend and ignore the other. High school relationships never lead anywhere and if the other girl told you to cheat on your girlfriend think about how trustworthy she must be.

Another tough question to ask, and this is even harder to ask, because if she says no, she probably not only thinks you're a jerk, but she probably also has reason to believe that you are some sort of pig who only wants one thing; and after that, you probably won't be seeing much of that girl.
