Cheating... Maybe I am wrong, but I think it's the most unforgivable thing to do to the people you love. It shouldn't be condoned, no matter what. It's simply wrong.

One thing that is important here (that one person briefly touched upon) is the fact that all you have as proof of this girl's interest is a text message. That does Not mean it is legit. You have no idea if she was dared to text you or if someone else took here phone. If you decided to entertain this idea of cheating on your girlfriend, you better tactfully talk to this girl face to face.
I think you also need to ask yourself, "how much does my current gf mean to me?" If you are considering cheating her over a short text message... maybe you shouldn't be dating this girl anymore. Isn't the whole point of dating to test of people to be your future life partner? If you just want to mess around with girls, I suggest you look for a less formal type of relationship (open or friends w ben.).
Just think hard. As people have said, past decisions come to haunt you. If you decided to settle down with one girl eventually... you better hope these decisions don't bit you in the ***.
To be cheated on by someone you trust and love is like being kicked in the balls continuously by a horse. With that said, it is really up to you how much you are going to mess around and whatnot, there have been a clear majority telling you to not do so, or at least break up with this girl if you are so easily tempted by one nighters. There have been others that have told you that you should do it, and that nothing is going to happen by it. Choose your own way.
