right now im going to say that world of war craft doesnt count becasue it has no end.

but i think that okami is deffinatly up there 30 hours of game play under its belt.

same with final fantasy 7. that game had 3 discs to it.

any other games you guys think are just insaneley long?

It took me live 100 hours to beat Dragon Quest VIII the first time through. Of course it was the first rpg I played, but I imagine it still would take a long time to beat.

Turret, AC2 is actually very short pending on it's minimal completion time it may be about 5 hours I estimate.

God, you don't get what I'm saying...
Like, clearing God of war is about 7 hours, but it goes up to 10 or 12 if you decide to do all the god challenges and all. So what do you consider the playtime? The 7 hour it took to get through the game, or the 12 hours it took to complete the game AND the extra challenges?

Anyhow, all in all, Nis games have amazing playtime potential, be it by the main story or the after plot.

An elder scrolls game i say. I dont know how much time i used on daggerfall or morrowind, and i never played arena, but the MAIN QUEST ALONE for the first time gets 40 hours in Obliivon, and there are HUNDREDS of quests in TESIV Oblivion

oblivion is an open end game! you can play it how long you want

all games from bioware you need very long to play
and also the good old games diablo2 and baldurs gate

Lost odyssey is about 40-50 hours normal story and maybe 70+ hours with side quests.

I say Fallout 3 I'm actually extremely surprised that it hasn't been mentioned yet, 100-200 hours if you do every quest, find all bobbleheads, do all DLC quests, side quests get level 30, read every single book, and discover every location.

dude. Possum. those games dont really end... lol, you can play them as long as you want... :\\ lol... soooo im gonna go with... FF7.. Three dics, i've never beaten that game... haha, i've never owned it though...
