Both are important. Without either we'd be a fail society. Scientists needed creativity to break away from the church, and artists need intelligence to be able to paint something other than a brown blob.
I think this threads a little meaningless since both creativity and intelligence go together as EnterOrion said in his examples.
I'd rather be intelligent than creative though, because I'd love to be intelligent enough to run a country or become a general in the army, rather than being able to make an art piece or something like that.

As in more important in ALL aspects, I'd have to say intelligence. But both are important. Our world would be in the dark ages if we had not the intelligence to discover the inventions of everyday life, but we would be just as screwed without the creativity that split the church and state, the renaissance, etc. Wow I just de-convinced myself yeah they're about equal...
You can be the smartest person in the world. But without creativity, nothing that gives you ideas to use that intelligience to a better use, it isn't warth as much. You have to be creative, think of a newer, better way to do things, then use intellegience to figure out how to really make it work.
