Super Mario Galaxy was pretty good, so was toss the turtle on Armor Games. Another awesome one I tried out today was The Last Stand 2. ABSOLUTELY awesome game. lol

Sorry, could only narrow it down to my favorites on each system. They are all just soooo good!

It would really help if you tell us what genres you like the most, and what you are looking for in a game. Based on that there may be some games which are more suited to you than others.

PC Shooter: Fallout 3 (with all the add ons)
PC RTS: toss up between Age of Empires 3 or Supreme Commander 1 (SC2 is more for casual gamers)
PS3: Uncharted 2 or Assassin's Creed 2

I'm torn between Fallout 3 and Oblivion. Having said that, obviously Bethesda is my JAM

The best games i think are

ps3: uncharted 2, assassin's creed and rachet and clank

ds: phoenix wright, pokemon

pc: sims

gamecube: marioparty, mariokart

nintendo NES: kirby, mario games

Multiplayer: Team Fortress 2 and Call of Duty 4.
Singleplayer: Fallout 3 and Oblivion
Strategy: Starcraft
Old: Super Mario Bros 3

For Xbox360: Red Dead Redemption for SP and MP (don't get it for PS3, it wasn't made as good and the graphics really don't live up to the 360 version)

Then for cross-console games I'd say ACII and Fallout 3 for single player only

I really enjoy the Romance of the Three Kingdoms series. Amazing strategy game. I haven't played it for Wii though so I am not sure if it is good on the Wii.
Also the Civilization series is a great strategy game too.
If strategy isn't your things then the Grand Theft Auto series is always fun.
