I'd vote for Albert Wesker from RE 5. he is much coller than in other games and fast, with machiavelian philosophy, and being really smart.

My favourite is Croc. I got that game when I was five years old. Does anyone remember him anymore?

The wife of the Cuban dictator in COD Black Ops is my favorite because she fights you randomly.
