I would legalize all drugs. Though restrictions would be applied. Most drugs would only be allowed within ones home or at a designated center. The centers would not only be a place you can legally obtain the drugs, but also a place where you can detox. harder more addictive drugs would require a special license, this would restrict you from being able to drive or have children. selling drugs on the street would still be illegal. there would be a high tax on the sale of drugs which would go to fund various forms of education including teaching anti-drug programs.
