Hey guys, it's 5 AM where I live and I don't think I've slept at all tonight. But anyway, I want to know if anyone else has trouble sleeping and if there are ways to easily fall asleep.
Milk, bananas and turkey supposedly contains stuff that can help you sleep.
You could also try masturbating, that can actually help because of the tired that kicks in after orgasm in guys.
If it's a problem that persists over a long time and none of the tips 'n tricks you can find that supposedly helps actually work, you should probably go talk to a doctor.
Thanks guys, I've tried maybe half of these things before, but they didn't work. I think my problem might be fear of something that might happen.
The weird thing is I can't sleep in my own bedroom, but when I go into my living room, I can fall asleep on my couch. About a week ago, me and my dad were on a 10 day trip around the mid-west and I slept well in my hotel rooms. We were driving from Marquette, Michigan to Minneapolis, Minnesota (about 7 hours) and I fell asleep in the car. So, I'm starting to think that I'm afraid of my room? It's kinda weird. It's probably either a phase I'm going through, or maybe I'm drinking too much soda, even though normally I hardly drink soda.
