Hey guys, it's 5 AM where I live and I don't think I've slept at all tonight. But anyway, I want to know if anyone else has trouble sleeping and if there are ways to easily fall asleep.

hmm, i always thought that bananas were good for an energy boost, that's why they're so good to have for breakfast cuz they contain vitamin b (i think, honestly i may be totally off)
whenever i can't sleep, i always play solitaire on my ipod, works like a charm. also, i have an ihome clock/radio/ipod dock, which i highly recommend to get some sort of ipod dock that has a sleep feature. i have a playlist of mellow songs, and set the radio to 90 minutes, after that it automatically shuts off. otherwise try the same thing with a pair of over-ear headphones, as the last two or three generations of ipods already have the same sort of sleep/shutoff feature

Are you thinking of taking any pills to make you go to sleep then?

You could try gravel,it's not bad for you and my mom takes it to fall asleep sometimes, personally I only take it not to get carsick.

Do something you absolutely hate doing that involves mental activity but not much physical activity. That always seems to work for me. I just usually don't do it to fall asleep. :P

Yeah, I feel that way too.

Not yet. If it's an ongoing problem then I might consider it.
playlist of mellow songs

I haz an iHome! I'll probably get a list of mellow songs and put it on repeat. Thanks for that idea.

I normally am not up all night without some sort of physicall cause. Canker-Sores, Ear-Infections Acting Up, the works.

Mentally however, I have had a few hours of wondering about things, but I usually forget it after some time and fall asleep to waking up wondering about it again. :l

Get a collection of elevator music. It's the most relaxing music I can think of.

Watching TV usually tires me when it's late.

For me, I usually do 10 push-ups, and since I'm not the best at doing them, it puts me right to sleep.

I also think myself to sleep.
