Someone wont reach through your computer screen and fix it ...

I'm sure some people here could point you in the right direction in what to do. But unless you are willing to try to fix the problem yourself you need to contact Microsoft. Especially if it's still under warranty.

If you take it to a Movie Trading Co. they will resurface the disc for you. It only takes about 10 minutes once they start, and it costs less than $5.00.

Or if this happens consistently, you could purchase the resurfacing machine for only about $30.00 and resurface your discs whenever it becomes unreadable.

that happened to me once i was playing fallout three the next day i try and play it again it says it couldn't read the disk and i take very good care of my disks

my discs say put them in a xbox 360 but thats what theyre in already

I take great care of my discs as well, however this is the second time I'm having to get it resurfacced in the past 3 1/2 months. I play it a lot, but I think the main reason is because while the disc is spinning, if the Xbox 360 is moved, it will possibly scratch the disc.

A common factor with this is known as the perfect ring, where you will receive a small ring perfectly etched on your disc.

there isnt really much u can do all systems scratch discs
