Alright. Me and my cuzin are playin NBA 2k10 on PS3, wen, we turn it off, and try to turn it bak on, it wont. It makes three beeps, and stays red. So im hoping its not the YLoD. Really hoping. Anyways, if you know how to fix it, or anything, tell me, the power sensor does not work, so we have to press the disc open thing to turn it on all the time, just letting you know. But this really sux, cuz its a PS3, and money doesnt grow on trees. :\\ if you have something to tell me, plz do.
Are you sure there's a game in the PS3 when you're turning it on? because when there isn't a game in the PS3 while off and then you turn it on, it makes the 3 beeps.
If it is not YLod which I do not think it is then check the power supply, check ALL of the cables. If you have a can of can aired then used it clean the ventilation areas. I will try and look up more help for you.
