Also that gun chamber could have bulletproof glass.

gundragon does have a point, big superstores are a bad place to hang out, i'd do it at a convenience store, not may places to board up and all snacks and whatnot are just within my reach.
also how are you gonna protect each entrance they're far apart if there was a full on zombie attack you'd be cornered

i would try to use any weapon that makes the least amount of noise, like an axe or a machete. I would carry guns but i would use them only in important situations. i think that the best place to hide would be in your attic becuz they would have to pull the string on the ceiling to get up there. i think that it would be so cool to live during a zombie outbreak.

A semi-automatic shotgun or any close range weapons for big groups of zombies.

On a roof= Barret M82A1 Sniper Rifle
Up close and personal= Shotgun or chainsaw

Have you ever seen an actual Barret sniper rifle in action? The recoil is rediculous and you would never be able to handle it, especially if you are on a slanted roof.

And why is everyone mentioning shotguns. Shotguns also have a tremendous amount of recoil. i fired a shotgun at a clay pigeon and my shoulder was sore from the recoil. So unless your super strong your not going to be able to run around with a 10-15 pound weapon and you wont handle the pressure on your shoulder from shooting over and over and over. plus shotguns usually dont carry many bullets and it takes a while to reload.
Everyone always relates guns to the ones in video games. Remember, video games ARENT real, guns are alot different in real life than in a game, just because u go 32-0 in MW2 with a shotgun doesnt mean your going to dominate during a zombie outbreak... Sorry for the huge paragraph but i just wanted to make a point

rlly well zombies arnt real and to dragon i already have a gun with bullets suposedly and bullet proof glass isnt bullet proof its actually only bullet resisistant to some degree so if you needed to you can brake it easily there are thousands of power outlets in walmart go to walmart in like every aisle theres a power outlet and to block it theres only the front entrances so that means you could just dismantle a bed set and board it up and since i hve a group with me cuz you always want one you can just watch those entrances easily and after awhile the zombies would leave from the front and for back entrances there easy to barricade since theres only on door to those numerous doors in the back just barricade the one so boom i just pwned you r thoughts on how my plan sux
