I never knew Cerberus was a worm. That worm thingy in Dante's Inferno sure is creepy.....wouldn't want a shadow of that on your wall...

Splatterhouse has some pretty freaky bosses. One boss, you get to kill, by ripping it's spine out through it's anus. Then that boss becomes a normal enemy. Lulz.

The bosses in Resident evil 5 were kinda freaky like the huge one on the first level i think hi was a big tall thing with a giant axe and something on his head.

Not really a boss. But I always hated any form of those face huggers from the alien movies. Such as the head crab in half life 2.

I always hated what the boss looks like in "Rengekou: The tower of Purgatory" with all it's freaky body parts equipped with guns and blades which mostly looks like what Gamer posted.

the first "bosses" in Godhand arent freaky as in scary..but it is still pretty freaky...

omg witches theyr hilarious one time me and my friends dodged one and left it there since it was in l4d1 it just stayed there well this was on the lvl where you escape on the airplane right by the parking lot safe house so i had a sniper and could see the witch so i was like wuik everyone in the safe house ill shoot the witch and then well wait till its just by the door then close it we did and it was so hilarious
