You know you're a D&D nerd when... 1.Somebody asks you about your AC you don't tell them a brand name. 2.You hear a kid say eleventy-ten and immediately picture a Red Dragon. 3. Someone tells you to do something, and you ask what the DC is. 4. You say that it was a Halfling that destroyed the Ring. 5. You can quote The Gamers, Dorkness Rising, and JourneyQuest on demand. 6. You accidentally write your characters name instead of your own. 7. You have a pair of 20-sided fuzzy dice in your car 8. You think of existentialism as being a character in a game rather than a book/dream. 9. You refer to God as "the DM". 10. You picture every archer with pointy ears. 11. When you hear elves, Santa is the last thing that comes to mind. 12. You ask how many new feats you get when you graduate high school. 13. You have thirty dice and you've never gambled. 14. When you pull out the good book you pull out your copy of The Players Handbook. 15. You're the only one that knows what you're talking about when you mention your party. 16. Someone says "knight" and you say "do you mean a fighter?". 17. You look around at your friends and think you need a jock to round out the party. 18. Instead of saying "like a hot knife through butter" you say "like a vorpal sword through stone". 19. You think a Medusa and a Gorgon are two different things. 20. You realize the mistake with #2. 21. You get pissed every time you hear someone say Dark Elf. 22. When someone asks if you want to go to a party, you ask what class they need. 23. You include your character sheet as part of your resume. 24. You ask the Prerequisites to get into a Prestigious school. 25. Someone says "fourth edition" and you automatically punch them in the face. 26. You know the difference between a Wizard, Witch, Warlock and Sorceror. 27. You watch the movie Poltergeist and complain that it's actually a Ghost. 28. You hear the phrase going rogue, and wonder if they are multiclassing. 29. You say that Inferno and The Abyss are two different places. 30. You ask if the economic recession will cause a GP inflation. 31. You know the different types of elves... 32. ...and you've played them all. 33. You remember what electrum is. 34. You know Lolth wasn't always her name. 35. Your favorite author is R.A. Salvatore... 36. ...and you are constantly at war with people whose favorite author is Tracy Hickman. 37. Drizzt isn't just some random series of letters. 38. The clerics you know don't try to murder the druids... 39. ...Most of the time. 40. You were mad when Saphira didn't breathe lightning. 41. You think of a hippie, you picture a druid and not the 60s. 42. Someone says "401(k)" and you think they're talking about 401,000. 43. You ask the spider in your room if it knows any Undercommon. 44. You wear a green trenchcoat with gold filigree. 45. You ask Chuck Norris what his DR is... 46. ...and then his Class. 47. You think of spiderman you picture a drider. 48. You speak fluent Orcish. 49. You kill people that speak fluent Orcish, not because they're a nerd, but because you're an Elf. 50. You hear about the waterboarding scandal and wonder how the CIA distracted their paladins. 51. You start assigning Classes to all your friends. 52. You think of hard liquor and you think of dwarven ale. 53. You wonder if Anduril is a longsword or ******* sword. 54. You watched the illusionist and were disappointed with the lack of gnomes. 55. You think Monks can outrun a car. 56. You watch gymnastics and wonder what they're DEX scores are. 57. You tell people you're a musician because you have a Level 20 Bard.
Why do you come in to say this but won't have the bartender talk to me. So far I like. 7, 10, 14, 23, 24, 25, 42, and maybe 55. Who did those? Favorites so far are 3, 11, 12, 49 and 50.
