So, the party decides to take the left tunnel, which is the shallower one. They encounter no enemies at first, but as the water begins to shallow out until they are up to no more than their knees(for the shorter characters) they hear the light pattering of claws. They also notice the bodies of several dead rats, both enormous and normally sized. Xav notices that the rats appear to have been killed very recently, they are still bleeding. Otihand notices that the wounds appear to have been dealt not by teeth or claws, but by sharper edges. Zingnoff notices that not only were they killed recently, but the weapons that killed them were a flail, a longsword, and a shortbow. You guys really lucked out on Wisdom checks this round. Anyway, what will you do?
