say i tried to stab one of the fighters, and i rolled (if possible) a 0, would i stab myself?

Well...I guess if you had a minus effect like in darkness, and I rolled a low number, it's possible for your score to be zero(but there is no such thing as a natural zero, the lowest natural number is 1). And yes, if you rolled a 3 or below, you would injure yourself or your allies.

Sorry.
But remember that the tunnel is not wide; at its widest, two people might be able to stand abreast. You kind of have no choice but to walk in a line.

Ok, what is going on now? We found the "murderers", but none of them appeared to be clerics so, there is still someone unaccounted for here...

We must find the cleric that was accompanying those men, he is no doubt the ringleader, and I still suspect that it is one of the clerics who were in town...
