I'm going to assume "what you can carry with you" and "currently existing and available to people":

1) A big sturdy plastic bottle.
2) A machete.
3) A mirror.

A huge crate of tasty food
A huge crate of fresh water
A huge HD TV set up with all channels

farming equipment (in a crate so it's 1 item lol includes tough seeds tools and a farmers almanac to help me start) a sword to be a self-taught swordsman(many free hours) and since i'm trapped the girl that i have a crush on to not be lonely (relationship that isn't all about sex you perverts that read this but done on occasion)

i would bring a plane, a plane simulation pod, and an instructor. planes usually have food too

I would bring a teleporter, an endless supply of coke zero and an endless supply of food.

What I would do is just play around, drink and eat untill i wanted to go home or get water. then i would teleport home and if i only wanted water, i'd grab that but otherwise id stay home.

Water desalinizer, harpoon(fishing), and flint.

Cell phone if it had service, a big gallon of water, and a machete.

A laptop, PSP, and all the food and drinks I could carry while I awaited for someone to come get me. I'd notify on the laptop btw.
