My girlfriend is what i would say, but i do not want to condemn her to hell on an island so i would say a Kuraki
Some food & water (Yes together so its still technically ONE item)
and Shelter (A nice Cave or maybe a old abandoned house)

I yes, I forgot my three items. A machete, flint to make fire, and some medical supplies like bandages in case I get hurt.

I would bring a special device that would get me of the island, plus another one that lets me get what ever I want, when ever I want, for what ever reason.

I'd take my computer (if we don't evocate the problem of wi-fi and battery, it could be fun), a large amount of beer, and maybe a couple of books...
