What would you say is the saddest death of a charcter in a game or what would you say the Top 5 or 10 Saddest are? I only really know of one sad death which is Dom from Gears of War 3, he serves you through all 3 games.

John Marston, no doubt. I teared up when the end credits rolled.

Ghost, MW2 was a tear-jerker.

Normon Jayden, Heavy Rain was sad. (If you played that way). But hte way he comes back is epic.

I was pretty disappointed when Ghost died in Mw2...
Having to choose between Polonsky and Roebuck in WaW.

Chernov in WaW. Being burned to death would just suck an having Resnov comment about his diary is tearful.

lets see...

i wont do it in an order though:

haku (naruto)
aeris (final fantasy 7)
grovyle (pokemon mystery dungeon 2 (the last time you see him before he dies is a goodbye so its not that)
xion (kingdom hearts ???/2 days)
tidus (final fantasy 10)

cant think of more in video games but im sure there are many more.

let me change haku. because his death wasnt as bad in the games as it was in the anime...

ill say rachel (final fantasy 6)

Jorge (Halo Reach) He is my favourite character and he kills himself for the planet thinking he stopped the war and just as he does it more covenant turn up, so he killed himself for no reason, (BTW) he doesn't shoot himself he just blows himself up to destroy a ship.

I would say.... All the deaths of the guys on ur team in Rouge Soldier. But if I had to pick one, I would go with the guy who was poisoned.

Guan Yu from the Dynasty Warriors games. He's my favorite character and on a mission his allies betray him and ambush him, he fights them off for a little bit but then he gets caught off-guard.

How about Martin Septim who turned into Akatosh to save Tamriel from destruction. (Tes Oblivion)
Or the whole crew from the Normandy SR-2 (yes I screwed it up in Mass Effect)
Or my teammates in CoD 4.
Or the point in Mass Effect where you chose between Kaiden and Ashley. The choice took me 10 min.
Or a mentor and friend in a horrible game. Walter in Fable 3.

Darnit! I never finished that game, so I never knew the ending... >_>

I'd have to say Dom from Gears 3. I haven't played too many games where the character deaths have been exceptionally sad, so yeah.

Seen that death before on Youtube jeol and it is pretty sad. And he has a name so ye. Never completed either Bio-Shocks I got them when I was 8 and I was scared to hell and sold them.

Ben Carmine (Gears of War 2) He's my favourite character out of Gears series and Woods (Call of Duty Black Ops) and Bowman (Also Black ops)
