This requires a lot of macro skill and knowledge of the game so I suggest not using this if you're just beginning but it is good to know what the main builds used to be before stuff like tdh build ruined the game :P This was one of the most common builds for back then.

Bank Bank Bank Treasury Treasury Treasury Special Operations
I make the three Banks first because they produce faster than a Treasury.
If you do the following you will finish the build 5 seconds later:
Fascist (2:15)
Bank Treasury Bank Treasury Bank Treasury Special Operations
But both builds allow you to fire a missile every 20 seconds. Also, you can make a pride every 100 seconds or Far Sniper/Special Forces every 90 seconds. In order for this build to work you need to have a partner that can play defensive.

It's true, this was the best 1v1 strategy back in the day. It beat fascist BQ rush as well. It could even beat fascist forge if played right which is scary. For forge to beat it at the time you'd have to delay the BQ by roman spamming a bit, forcing tanks, then get out 1 a-a sakata and 2 phantoms and then another a-a sakata positioned a little further than pinning range. Anyhow, it was a silly 1v1 strategy and I'm glad colony has moved on past it. It became a bq vs bq fight most of the time, and it was up to the micro, which I loved, but the strat was lame.
It was a strong strategy, it was the only thing that could match my dual-build. I wish it would go back to those types of games because the game was balanced more than it is now.

That's not the main reason why building 2 banks is better than 1 bank upgraded to an armory.
The reason is that while you build a second bank, your first bank continues to collect resources. When you upgrade the treasury, yeah it takes a lil longer, but more importantly it's sitting there idle as far as resource production.
Also, why not just go capi and do 2 treasuries 1 solar grid spec ops for missiles? You produce more resources by far. Build time to get 2 treasuries 1 solar grid and finish making the spec ops is 2:14, and I wouldn't recommend getting the solar grid first, I'd get bank bank treasury treasury generator spec ops and then upgrade the gen when you have the time/field advantage. Anyhow, I tested your bank bank bank treas treas treas spec ops as fascist and it's 2:12. Capi can fire a missile once every 10 secs about. Capi's better for missiles. Although the discussion is pointless cuz if you use missiles as a strat you're fvcking bad.
