i think the roach is the koolest animal. although it didnt evlove over millions of years (expect of their size), they can wihstand radioactivity n nuclear bombs n they r actually much smarter than humans.... but the only problen is tat they lack thumbs n the ability 2 communicate 2 others afficently.... but still i like meerkats....

OMG I can't believe none of you chose the gobi fish! They have the power to change their sex on impulse! If THAT isn't freakin' cool, I don't know what is.
well, zilla, In times of low population of one sex, they can change to accomodate their sexual needs.
for example. let's say there are 10 females, but 20 males. that means ten won't get to mate, meaning a lower overall population. so, 5 males go through a sex change, leaving 15 males and 15 females. it's even now, eh?
I think that's why... I hope so, since I strive to be a marine biologist. D:
lol thats a good theory manta... for not knowing and all... but i find that to be really cool and the fact that we know so little about the deep ocean makes animals of the water cooler than ever to me
