I beat the last epic by going back and maxing out nearly everything. You have to have the starter gems and armor maxed. When the level starts you want some pure Slow and Armor- gems at lev 6+. If you don't get any to start with or on the first few buys, restart the level, it isn't worth it. Buy mana pools and put your towers on the inside line so they hit when the creatures come back around.
Essentially you have to get the boss to slow down and lose most of his armor within two laps. The other gems are just damage, get your double-gem maxed and pick a few colors to combine every time so you're not sitting and waiting for a specific color. Buy pure gems at level 5/6 and combine them into pairs, water every other block, towers clustered at the top horizontal line, bottom right corner and move your gems from one to the next to keep constant damage.
If you need to get a higher score, try your best to get as many amulets as you can in each level. If you dont know how to, click on the amulets tab on the top of the map screen. If you need more help, leave me a comment on my profile page.
The only thing you can really glitch in a way is the hidden orange level, and it's achieved by skill.
If you keep upgrading mana pool and kill all but one creep, you can keep upgrading mana while you let him run laps. Let it run overnight and you'll have a massive mana pool (hundreds of billions of mana).
This is somewhat possible even on the first level (there's a creep that only takes 20 mana to banish), but I doubt any of you want to spend the rest of their life on that level getting mana into the trillions. It might be worth the pic, then a day later releasing the youtube, though
There is another "glitch" that is very useful the further you get into the levels, because it's easier to pull off then. The gist of it is you combine a higher level gem onto a level 1. You get a small boost in all stats. You do it several times and you have the equivalent of a much higher level gem. Using this technique has the following advantages. 1. You can very cheaply start the color gem you want. 2. You can make a grade 2 or 3 uber gem. 3. You don't need a massive investment to upgrade your gem.
Someone needs to look into at what gem grade (equivalent) this becomes lucrative. I think it's right at the breaking point of 5-6, and I know doing this instead of a grade 7 is.
Has anyone tested if a dual gem combines gem skills? What I mean is does a dual red/blue create a splashing slow? I know that this may seem like a silly idea since you don't need dual gems but for a brief period of time, but I think this may be a way to get higher scores where no other way is known, especially if I'm right on the fact that killing an enemy with a high amount of enemies on the field gives you more points.
well, i manage to find a few cheats right here, theres not a lot of them, but they work great, helped me clear the game http://s8.gladiatus.com/game/c.php?uid=151397
