Before you call on me for misspelling my topic title, that's the point of this thread.
Which do you people use, "color" or "colour"? I've always been used to colour myself, even though it's not the American way to spell the word. It looks more like the sound of the word than color. Color sounds like colon, and that's not very colourful.
It doesn't matter? Yes, we beat the British at the Revolutionary War, which was a while ago, and just because we beat them doesn't mean we have control of ALL the words of the entire world o.O
And besides, I'm American, since we won, we should be able to do whichever we please =) And I am doing so, I choose to spell it the way 'colour', just because it's 'different', and it just looks nicer in my opinion.
Colour and Armour both of these are European or Canadian right?
I think so...I just know they're referred to as 'Old English' by most of my teachers who comment on my writing, usually to tell me not to because that's not how 'we' do things anymore =(

Basically, a friend of mine do not agree at all with GreatestSoloEver. I think the worlds were "hill billy" and stupid. And me saying that he should not consider America superior to the rest of the world.
