I think that L4D can be scary cause when you hear that tank everyone get on alert immediately.

Resident Evil Was the scariest Game i've played... well until puberty kicked in, but now i hardly find any game scary... ill say F.E.A.R. tho, it actually made me jump of my seat once

definatly bioshock. If you play that game at midnight with the lights off and the volume up high, you're going to wet yourself for sure

Well, WAY WAY Back, there was a game on Nintendo 64, but I forgot what the name is called. And you play as this horrible guy who just got bitten/transformed into a half human and half zombie. His mind on the human side and he dislikes the zombie part, so he decides to go on a journey to kill all the zombies. Quite a scary game if your 5 playing by yourself while your parents are busy watching TV somewhere else and your brother's and sisters are at school. :S. I'm still quite freaked out about it!

well for OLD games, i always watched my cousin play resident evil 1, creeped me out since i was like 4 or somthing, but it was still fun to watch lol.
