Who is the worst brawl chatacter, i want to know i will declare the worst character in 2 hours after the last person I think it is Olimar, i thinks thats how u spell it.
Well, it goes with everyone's tastes; I've seen people rank at ***-kicking with Jiggly Puff - I'm pretty decent myself with the balloon.
For me, it'd have to be slow characters and the one's using grapples for their grabs. Because of the way I learned to play SSB, I can't use grapples, and slow characters just kill it for me; what good is a slow guy when you've reached the point where you're good enough to easily predict/dodge/counter even the moves of fast characters. I'm not that great at SSBB - relative to my usual level of course, I'm still very good - , simply because of the renewed controls, but I'm absolutely unbeatable at SSBM. I used to beat one of my very good friend who uses slow characters without even losing a life in a 5-life melee, simply because I'd never get hit by his blows. So I guess my answer would have to be something like Bowser or Ganondorf...Or King Dedede...Of course, I'm not taking specials in account; a virtuous smash bros. player never uses items.
My own favorites are Pikachu, Marth and Mario ( since Roy and Dr.Mario aren't here anymore ).
Like just about everyone posting here has said, it all depends on the player. My best would be DeDeDe or Snake, while my worst would be Yoshi or Olimar.
Link, Zelda, Jigglypuff, and Ganondorf are the lowest tiered characters
It doesn't depend so much on your playstyle. People being bad or good at a character doesn't make them the "worst", being poorly programmed makes them the worst
Olimar is one of my best characters, you just need to know how to use him. He's great on teams to rack up damage, say with an Ike to deal out the finishing blow. Also, no one likes Mr. Game&watch. He is also a character I am good with. It just depends on what type of gamer you are: a button-masher, or a technique-user.
That's quite surprising...Mario's got pretty good smashes and overall speed, and can throw back projectiles. Unlike other throwing back moves however, his cape can even turn people around; you'd be amazed by my ability to avoid damage by turning people around. Not only does it eludes damage; it gives you a wide open chance for a powerful and direct counter-attack. Put simply, aside from Marth's counter, it's my favorite move in the games.
Also, no one likes Mr. Game&watch
More like ''everybody loves Game&Watch''. He's awfully fun to play with, it's just that you rarely see someone use it as its main.
Yup, me too. I simply can't play with slower characters, and also, they are painfully overused. The only slow character I enjoy playing with is Bowser. He really isn't that slow, I'd say Ike is more slow than him.
It all depends who you're good with. There is no bad character in Brawl, I'd say Olimar is actually pretty decent. Just matters on how you play.

Well i agree FallenSky, Mario does have his perks. I guess i just feel like he dropped more drastically from SSBM than other characters, and i had grown accustom to playing him differently
You can win with all of them, but, as they are all different, inevitably, there WILL be a "worst" character. There will also be a "best" and characters that are just better than each other. I saw some chart before saying what all the people who play in the tournaments say are the best/worst or w/e, I agreed with it mostly except for a few (Zelda/Link being some of the lowest) but that's aside the point.
Just matters on how you play.
Matters on how you play for if you'll use that one character well true, but best/worst have nothing to do with how good you are individually with them.

My friends and I tend to use the faster characters (Meta-Knight, Sheik, Fox/Falco, etc.) because while they do not have as much killing power, they can easily outmanuever slower characters. I usually pick random however, and it's a fair fight generally (Note: Dk vs Meta-Knight is NOT fair for DK lol.) and you can keep up with them in the fights.

Game&Watch just makes me mad, people just use the cookpot a ton and then run away Xd

Mario didn't change that much really. He lost standing in the Final Smash area, but his general character is pretty much the same. I'd have to say that Ness was fairly nerfed in comparison with Melee, his smashes lack any power now aside from the bat, and he's just overall slower.

On Brawl I though Jigglypuff was really bad. I remembered being able to destroy with him on Melee, and then I tried it with Brawl and thought, 'WHAT HAVE THEY DONE?!?!' T_T His movements are slow and sluggish, despite the fact that his attacks can be rather strong. His Final Smash is basically useless unless your opponent is trapped.
