So, since my last competition was pretty much a discussion, I'll now close that and move over to this general colony discussion (the others are all specific)
TALK ABOUT ANYTHING RELATED TO COLONY (and beef burgers)
It could also improve 1-on-1 battles. Instead of having just four units against four units, you could have eight units against eight units, and it would give both players more power.

Perhaps too much power, non? You could autospam hovers and sakatas without stopping and the battle might never end.
If it gave both players too much power, it would be even enough. One side could spawn both tanks and air units to take out the sakatas, and if that doesn't work, that side could build two missile units, one on each half, to take them out.

Air units fail against sakatas, the other side also has hover tanks, what if it was a no missle game?
Hover tanks can't take out land units, can they? But phantoms can take out land units and scouts can take out both land and air units, and they'd be a good target for both sakatas and hover tanks. While the air units are being taken out, the land units could take out the sakatas and the hover tanks, and then have the upper hand. No missiles are even needed. They just look cool.
Massed Marines kill massed Scouts, which is really the only thing the Marine is good for, other than fodder. Marines = anti-Scout, and they're pretty efficient at it.
Although my favorite unit is the Sniper. Vid time!
