So I can't think of too many threads that I have made like this, but I stumbled upon a website that tests your typing speed, and tried it to find that on average I type at about 30 words per minute. So I got curious as to what the typing speed of others on AG is.

So seriously what is your typing speed?

That's actually a long time. I could type that in ten seconds.

Ive been typing extremely fast since I was 4 years old. I remember in 2nd Grade, my classmates would look at me like physco nerd.

Typed this in less than 30 seconds.

15 seconds. And you misspelled psycho. So I win. And I'm a slow typer.

I'm 25 and I just 55 wpm. Most people can do better than me

But if someone type three times faster than me.... It must be something wrong with the scoring system...

WE NEED OTHER SIMILAR WEBSITES THAT DO SCORING BETTER.

Agree.

I think to get close to 180 WPM u need to 'super focus' and have a 'wonderful' hand and a 'very tiny' room.

Wow, I guess I'm not that good: only 45 wpm. But I think that is actually pretty good for not "typing"...I do the whole two finger deal. I don't like the home row-ish-ness. None the less, it was an interesting site.
