Heal 40%/50%/60%/70%/80% (depending on how upgraded it is) of your total HP to yourself, but claim the debuff 'slow destroyer' which makes your HP drop by 5% for the rest of the match.
Strike the ememy with 120% of your Vitality. They get stunned for 3 turns and they get the debuff, 'Heat Wounds' which decreases all stats by 20% for 5 turns. During that 5 turns, they lose 4% HP.
Cold Shot (CD: 10, 96 Focus, Tier Level 22) Attacks the enemy for 121% of your vitality, they get stunned for 4 turns, and get the debuff "Frost Bites" Which lowers their speed by 50%, decreases damage taken and damage done by 75%, and during that 6 turns, they lose 3% hp. Lol almost a repeat of Hot Shot :O
Allied Drain (CD:50, 100 Focus, 3/5/10/25/50% HP all allies)
You gain 3/5/10/25/50% HP all allies onto your HP. All your allies then get a buff called, 'Allied Reapings,' which gives them 40 HP a turn for 20 turns.
OK.. but i thought they were suppose to be healers... no matter. The name sounds cool.
Poisoned Illness (CD: 30, Focus: 100) You give them a illness. They take 40% of your poison piercing each turn. The side effect is that when you attack, you might use SUPER ULTRA MEGA POISON POINT OF ASSURED DOOM (3% chance). Lasts for 15 turns.
Attack the enemy with 120% of your Vitality. Get the buff, Rehab, which recovers 50 Focus instantly an for the next 3 turns, recovers 5 Focus for 7 turns.
