god of war 3 is a 10, cod4 was a 10, batman was a 10, uncharted 2 was a 10, MGS4 was a 10, halo 2 was a 10, gears of war 1 was a 10. these all got tens on the review boards in the last 5 years
Army of Two: The 40th Day (Very Under-rated game), Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1 & 2, Halo 3 (Has more players than CoD still!), Grand Theft Auto IV, many many more but those are some.

Maybe I'm a bit of a generous reviewers but they were all absolutely brilliant games - and the only ones I could think of off the top of my head that deserve high reviews. ScribbleNauts nearly got their, but a few control issues and some obscure missions dropped it's rank to a high 8.

GTA San Andreas and GTA 4. GTA 4 is only 2 years old but it's so great and had so much effort put into it, it's probably one of the best games ever.
