bring it down to 13 I would also like to have all prisioners for life sentences either build there own city (kinda like how australia was started) or ask for quick execution. also i wish that taxes would be lowered for middle class down to homeless and raised incredably for rich people so those money lovers could drop a buck or 2 down here. Another thing is only 8 years of school and screw em every class is accelerated. Another law i would make is too stop the government (US) to stop producing so much money or we'll just inflate ourselfs to death. School will be earlier (so we have more day time) like it would start at 6:00. Also everyone must at least have a small apartment.
I would have schools make teaching financial literacy a mandatory class. How different things work, what credit card statements mean, how to make a budget etc. I would also have the borders controlled.

How would that work? The wealthiest Americans already pay the most taxes, both in terms of percent and in total value. Giving away money to people is nice but if they don't know how to manage it then they get stuck in an endless cycle.

How about an amendment that requires the federal budget to be balanced before it can be passed?
i think making towns for life sentence criminals is great. that way they can live the way they want to without being able to hurt anyone. i also thought about going to school in the summer while having the big vacation in the winter. i mean people have more energy during the summer and during the winter they want to stay under their blankets at morning right?
