This is a thread on Mythical Creatures and Beasts, obviously.

So what are you're thoughts on some? Do you believe in them? Which one(s) are your favo(u)rites? Etc. etc.

Now, who would like to share a mythical creature/beast with us?

Yes they do!

But seriously trolls are just really ugly midgets, no offence. Well, I'm not sure.

If one ever says no offense, offense was meant I personally like griffins, and most of the Celtic lore :3

Exactly
Celtic lore you say? I'll have to do some research on that later.

My favourite creature is a dragon. I actually don't think they're real as they belong to fantasy. Though I wish they're real.

I think most trolls (internet or otherwise) would be offended by that. As far as I know, at least from Norse lore, trolls are rather big, and often of a friendly kind (well, Danish trolls liked to throw rocks after the church towers when the bell was ringing, and some trolls have had the position as the child-napper/child-replacer instead of the Fae).

Is this the time for me to start my argument of "Why dragons very well could be real"? Nah, probably not. Will, however, mention that they belong in a lot of myths and lore, and not just in fantasy. I think most countries have a dragon or dragon-like critter in their myths.
Jabberwocky

Such a pretty thing!

Sphinxes, basilisks, ogres, sasquatch, cyclops, manticore, chimera, merfolk, not to mention Mephistopheles, Beelzebub, Lucifer, etc.

...And the Jabberwocky

Please marry me.

Well, I directed that comment to the internet trolls, but I'm just kidding. Or am I?

I don't want a pet werewolf, no. Warewulfs are humans too! D:
That's like saying 'sooo want a pet vampire?'

I would like to own a phoenix though. One like Fawkes.
